Here’s a brief overview:



General Volunteer Roles

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setup of booths, stages, and activity areas, and help with takedown afterward.

• Participant Assistance: Welcome attendees, answer questions, and provide directions.

• Activity Support: Help run event stations, games, and activities.

• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Assist vendors and partners with setup and support.

• Traffic and Crowd Control: Ensure smooth crowd flow and safety.

• General Assistance: Lend a hand wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly.

Leadership Roles

1. Volunteer Director – Oversee the recruitment and coordination of volunteers.

2. Volunteer Recruitment Manager – Identify and recruit dedicated volunteers.

3. Volunteer Credentials Manager – Manage the credentialing process for all volunteers.

4. Parts Manager – Coordinate the distribution of parts for vehicle repairs.

5. General Meetings Manager – Organize all general meetings for event preparation.

6. Class and Training Programs Manager – Manage educational classes and workshops.

7. Entertainment Manager – Oversee stage performances and entertainment logistics.

8. Assistant Director of CareerFest – Assist in organizing and executing CareerFest.
