Welcome to CarFest SA! To ensure you have an unforgettable experience, here's everything you need to plan your trip 

BEFORE YOU GO

  •  Book a hotel early as accommodations fill up quickly during the festival. Consider staying in nearby areas for more budget-friendly options.

3. Travel Arrangements:

  • By Car:  Plan your route and check for any road closures or traffic updates. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival.

  • By Plane:  The nearest airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT). Arrange for a rental car or shuttle service to your hotel.

  • Public Transport: Utilize buses or ride-sharing services for convenience.

1. Registration:

  • Admission is free, but we encourage you to sign up online in advance. This helps us prepare for your visit and keeps you updated with any important information.

  • Have your registration confirmation ready on your phone.

4. Packing List:

​

  • Comfortable clothing and shoes.

​​

  •  Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses for sun protection.

​​

  •  A portable phone charger.

​​

  • A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

By Car:

 

From downtown San Antonio, take I-35 N and I-10 E to E Houston St.

Take the Houston St exit from I-10 E.

Continue on E Houston St to the Freeman Coliseum Expo Hall.

 

By Public Transport:

 

Various bus lines service the area. Check the local bus schedule for the best route from your location.

 

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.
